This will be the big thing in the next 30 years: as America splits into two hostile groups of humans (“normal, traditional, White people” vs. “all the worthless people”), states and entire regions will be morphing into ideological blocs. More or less they did steal it. The British “found” Hawaii in 1778, America made it a territory in 1898 and annexed it as a state in 1959 [1][2]. It seems that today, the main diet for 19-year-old gymnasts is donuts, nachos and pizza.
