U.S. companies keep trying to make diversity programs work, but “strangely” they never work as planned. Strangely! How odd!

Since circa 1964, White people have bent over backwards to help Black people. But the Blacks are never satisfied. They’re like little kids: always demanding more, more, more. More diversity, more money, more coffee breaks, more of everything.

Here’s a quote from this article, about American companies and their racial diversity attempts: “These companies spend millions on targeted outreach and strategic partnerships, but the results change little from year to year.” You see, Blacks are so darn valuable that they spend millions of dollars trying to recruit them! (Actually, federal law requires them to hire by Affirmative Action: they must hire “X” number of Blacks, Mexicans, women, homosexuals, trannies, midgets and broccoli-eaters — and it’s very hard to find broccoli-eaters, they’re very rare).

“The results change little from year to year”? Gee. Maybe that’s because the companies are dealing with negroes, a failed race! (If you doubt that Blacks are a failed race, look at Africa: it’s an entire continent of losers. In fact, Africa is worse off today than in 1970. Yes, worse off. Most of the Whites have fled Africa and the Blacks are now free to destroy it, and they are, and no one is stopping them; a Black columnist admitted that worse-off situation in print in 2002) [1].

Am I a “reactionary”? Yes! Very much so. I would love to return to a bygone era, say, 1953 America (minus the Jews, of course) [1].

Everyone I meet today is depressed. I mean everyone. Even some of the smarter liberals are depressed, because they know that actions usually have consequences: are they creating millions of Trump clones (right-wing populists)?

Leftists are assholes, we know that, but during the past few years, they have gone far, far beyond their usual assholey behavior. First they smeared Trump’s reputation, then they tried to frame and railroad him, then they tried to impeach him (twice, actually), then they began canceling almost everyone on the internet, then they permitted 6 months of rioting in various cities, then they stole the election, then they canceled anyone who said that the election was stolen, then they installed Joe “Where’s My Brain?” Biden into the White House, and word has it he’s already a “weekend” president. You can hardly get any more assholey than that. I mean, really.

And the Leftists know that they have been assholey because they have stationed Army troops around D.C. and they have just announced that they will leave the troops there until late May at least — which will of course change and the troops will be there until 2024 [Here]. So the Leftists know they behaved worse than they ever have before.

How long will it take for conservative America to finally say “we’re not taking this crap anymore!”? Not long, I’m guessing.

In late February 2021, the UN warned the world that “White supremacy is a ‘transnational threat'” [1].

No. The UN had it seriously wrong. The UN itself is a threat to every White nation on earth. All countries have natural sovereignty and the UN seeks to end that sovereignty by acting as a global parliament, a world government. Look at the UN’s Paris Climate Agreement: it is trying to play “global policeman” [2].

Adolescence is the period between childhood and adulthood. It starts at age 10, and some kids are still children at that age. That’s way too young to be learning about trannies and faggotry.

The UN is technically a Marxist organization because it pushes human equality, since 1945. Most of the founders of the UN were Jews and many of those Jews were Marxists [3]. America should have gotten out of the UN years ago.

In 1964, the FBI “hired” a tough, New York City mobster named Greg Scarpa to go to Mississippi and find out who had killed the 3 civil-rights workers (i.e., 2 Jews, 1 Black). He did. By using violence. The murders were Klan-connected, according to Scarpa and the feds.

The 3 civil-rights workers were warned repeatedly by the citizens to stay out of Mississippi. I recall reading that one southerner told the 3 workers: “You Yankees destroyed the South once. You’re not gonna do it again.” (But they did do it. The Jewish-sponsored civil-rights laws of the 1960s destroyed the South for good) [1].

One thing about liberalism, it’s never consistent. Indeed, liberalism frequently contradicts itself. For example, liberals insist that all humans are equal (they aren’t). If that’s true, then math couldn’t be “racist” because all humans would be equally able to multiply and divide. That’s like saying the weather is racist. The weather doesn’t play favorites and neither does math. Black people have trouble with math because they have lower IQs than White people, usually one standard deviation lower (i.e., 15 IQ points lower than Whites; White American IQ is roughly 100, Black American IQ is roughly 85; IQ tests measure the ability to recognize and solve problems).

Let’s look at what’s in this book. Here are two quotes from it:

“Often the emphasis is placed on learning math in the “real world,” as if our classrooms are not a part of the real world. This reinforces notions of either/or thinking because math is only seen as useful when it is in a particular context. However, this can result in using mathematics to uphold capitalist and imperialist ways of being and understandings of the world.” (Huh?? I thought this was a math guidebook? Why mention capitalism?).

“Give rightful credit to the discovery of math concepts by mathematicians of color. Reclaim concepts attributed to white mathematicians that should be attributed to mathematicians of color.” (What are they saying? That you should steal math concepts from Whites and give them to Blacks because Whites stole them? That Whites are so darn desperate that they must steal math concepts from Blacks? That maybe Sir Isaac Newton stole calculus from a negro?).

In Black Africa, the average IQ is 75. In Black America, the average IQ is 85. In White America and the Western world, the average IQ is 100. More trivia: for safety reasons, airplanes from Ghana are banned from entering U.S. airspace. (Although not an African country, airplanes from the Black island of Curacao [in the Dutch West Indies] are also banned from U.S. airspace).

Yet, we encourage Black Africans to come to the Western world! Why? The idea is to make the West better, not worse.

I stumbled upon this by accident. This is a public discussion (not a debate) with Michael Mann and another fellow, in 2018. Mann is probably the best-known “climate-change guru” in the world. He created the “hockey-stick graph” circa 1998 which, it is claimed, shows global warming as greatly increasing in the 20th century presumably due to human CO2 creation. (Mann is Jewish, by the way; in fact, he mentions his roots in the discussion. Furthermore, I was previously unaware of another climate-change guru, Stephen Schneider, who was a colleague of Mann’s and who was, coincidentally, also Jewish, and who is mentioned in the discussion. Schneider was involved in climate-change research since 1975 (in that year he created the “Climate Change Journal” with the National Center for Atmospheric Research) and he could be called a godfather of “climate-change science.”).

Trivia: erupting volcanoes put out more CO2 and other gases in one eruption than humans put out in 20 years. So? Well, a volcano just erupted in Italy. I guess that sets the “greenies” back 20 years in their efforts!
