How Can This Happen? This is Not Legal

How can someone with senile dementia sign a $1.5 trillion dollar spending bill into law? That’s not legal. Also, the 2020 election was stolen. So that’s “not legal” times two. How about using the “billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine” right here in America? Is Ukraine located in America? Is the fate of Ukraine our business? “No” each time.
