Wow. If this is true, then all bets are off. The top Covidians in the U.S. may not have legal immunity from prosecution if this was unauthorized biological research (because it says, “Ultimately…the (vaccine-production) proposal was rejected because it included…dangerous “gain of function” research…”). Why would U.S. money be given to incompetent, under-trained communists playing around with deadly viruses? Whose brilliant idea was that, for hell’s sake??
