We talked about this topic in Political Science in college: almost all political violence comes from the Left, not from the Right (despite the fact that Leftists always call themselves “tolerant.” The idea that leftists are “peaceful, gentle hippies with flowers in their hair” is but a fantasy spun by the Left circa 1967, apparently to go along with the anti-Vietnam-war propaganda of the time. Significantly, the anti-war movement in America was largely led by Jews (e.g., Robert Greenblatt, Stew Albert, Allen Ginsberg, Phil Ochs, Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Ted Gold, and members of Students for a Democratic Society [SDS], just like the New Left in general).
