Just think: Whites in ancient Greece created the first “computer” 2,000 years ago, but some Blacks didn’t have the wheel until rather recently! (Features of a “civilized” culture include: the presence of the wheel, a written language, a calendar, simple arithmetic, money, the use of weights for measuring, the use of iron ore/metalworking capability, the use of simple mechanical devices (e.g., a hinge), permanent settlements, a class structure [i.e., classes of people], roads, and monumental architecture. Black bush tribes in Africa today lack some of these features).
