“Red Flag” Gun Laws

First of all, Black people have more testosterone in their bodies than White people, which makes them more aggressive and violent. So Blacks shouldn’t be allowed to own guns anyway. The Second Amendment was made by White people for White people. Blacks weren’t considered to be “citizens” in 1791 when the Second Amendment was ratified; in fact, Blacks didn’t become “citizens” until 1868. Secondly, red flag laws are completely unconstitutional. They presume that you’re going to commit a crime before you commit one.
