Local? No More. The Federalization of Everything in America

News quote about a California shooting: “No motive was immediately known. An investigation has begun to determine what happened and why, officials said, and the FBI is on the scene.”
Why is the FBI investigating a local crime? Because nearly every crime these days is investigated by federal authorities. Nothing is local anymore. Apparently, local and state non-diverse “hick” cops can’t investigate shootings anymore (they’re too stupid); but contrary to popular belief, not every shooting is related to “terrorism.”
