This older White guy “used the rapper’s image in a bid to improve the agency’s culture.” The very idea that TwoSack could improve anything in Iowa. (How about some early Black Sabbath? “War Pigs” comes to mind). [Article].

Jupac is so 1997. I betcha rapper Poop Loggy Logg knows who got Jupac as it was a gang beef. As part of the Republica Bananera fundamental transformation improvementation every government worker will ride in an open topped jeep with machine gun mount and generalissimo uniform with some rap blaring on a stereo with subwoofers.
