U.S. Supreme Court to Consider Constitutionality of the Domestic Violence Gun Ban

Unfortunately, this current Supreme Court is majority-non-White [1], and, Justice Scalia just died, so any ruling by the court probably will not reflect the intentions of America’s founders re: gun ownership [2]; in fact, America’s founders would no doubt find the current court to be illegitimate.

[1] Out of the 9 (now 8) Supreme Court justices, 5 are not White: Sotomayor (Puerto Rican), Thomas (Black), Kagan (Jewish), Ginsburg (Jewish) and Breyer (Jewish)

[2] America’s founders would completely reject the absurd idea that a misdemeanor crime would void a person’s constitutional right to own a gun

      The Constitution is a dead letter. It’s none of the Federal government’s business who owns a gun.

      Gun ownership is suppose to be managed by state authority.
