So, if you’re not on the Green Marxism bandwagon, you’re not “civil”? And wait, what’s this: “larger cash transfers from rich countries to poor ones…” Cash, huh? Ahh, okay, I think I understand it now. (But there’s one problem: the Brown countries are notoriously corrupt. I’ll bet that very little of that White money will actually be used to “fight climate change”).
