“The Manifesto traces the roots of modernity to Christianity.” So modernity is Jewish, since Jews wrote the Old Testament. Jews also birthed the political movements which attack tradition, i.e., the left-wing ideologies.

An interesting article and covers similar ground to fellow French ‘nouvelle droite’ writer Pierre Krebs. Both authors make a good case for liberalism and liberal projects such as Marxism being products of the Enlightenment. But to say the ‘enlightenment’ was an outgrowth of Christianity really is crazy and totally contradicts both the historical evidence and the writings of the 18th century proponents of what we now call the enlightenment. Liberalism is in essence a violently secularist and individualizing ‘faith’ which sees man’s ‘salvation’ only as reasoning economic units without reference to community or tradition.
That project is triumphant in North America and is being exported with religious fervour to the whole world.

Unlike modern Jew liberalism classical liberalism was not a bad thing. It championed personal and intellectual freedom. But conservatism was NEVER good under ANY circumstances. It is reactionary and a celebration of the loser mentality. Conservatives are forever on the defensive, because they’re unimaginative and do not possess the courage of their faulty convictions.

Friend Tim, I agree with you, Omigo.

Sri Sreggin Das once told me, “conservatism is the refuge of ignorance.”
Anything artistic or imaginative scare the bejebbers out of them. They think that creative people are all homosexuals. It is a default position and not one that is chosen by a healthy individual.

This does not mean that liberalism is true or right. Not at all, Omigo Tim.
It only means that conservatives hav etaken refuge behind barricades. Those barricades may be right, or they may be wrong. Nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong.
