Common Sense? It’s Illegal Today

Checking the citizenship status of students who attend American schools is against the law, according to a horrible 1982 court ruling. (The court ruling – called Plyler v. Doe – apparently only applies to minors. However, since the Plyler ruling was based on the 14th Amendment, it isn’t legit, since that Amendment wasn’t properly ratified):

But good luck telling that to the IRS.
The laws are what they are. If you want to debate the 14th, you’ll have to fight the Civil War again. (Hm…)

The constitution is pretty much a dead letter nowadays. Liberal/socialist/jew judges do whatever the hell they want, legal precedent (and letter or spirit of the law) be damned.

Enforcement of the Constitution is based on the honor system. There never has been honor on the Supreme Court, from the outset when John Marshall seized control over determinations of constitutionality, to the scalawag courts of the late 19th Century, to the Jew-infested rabbinical courts of the 20th and 21st Centuries. As a consequence, constitutional violations that are obvious to anyone who can read are routinely ignored, while traditional norms of civilized society are suddenly discovered to be unconstitutional by the Supreme Council of Rabbis.
How can anyone respect a Court that has not summarily overruled prior Supreme Court decisions that found that the food you grow on your own property for personal consumption is in “interstate commerce” and subject to federal regulation, that mud race juveniles have to go to school with your children (but of course not with children in the Jewish enclaves in Great Neck and Mammaroneck), that deed restrictions preventing property from being sold to Hebrews are unenforceable – which led to wholesale takeovers of upscale neighborhoods, and so on.
The latest outrage is the Court’s refusal to force the state and federal governments to disclose records relevant to determination of whether nigger Obama is a native born American. The Hawaiian records of births presumably would show that the fancy schwarzer was born in Kenya, while the State Department passport records presumably would show that he traveled on an Indonesian passport while an adult, thereby waiving US citizenship even if he had it based on birth. Otherwise, the documents would not be suppressed, like all other records that contradict the Jews’ official Obama life story, such as Harvard Law School transcripts and test scores.
