The New Way to Hire

Why not hire people based solely on their qualifications? You can’t do that anymore. Why not? Because the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits it. You instead must hire a certain number of racial minorities and women – in other words, you must consider other factors, like race and sex, when you hire, rather than hiring based solely on the qualifications of applicants. And why is that? We don’t know. You’d have to ask the Jewish congressman who created the law, Emanuel Celler:

This civil rights blather or the affirmative action baloney does not focus on the issue of women. It is based on race. A white woman with a Bachelor’s degree was rejected when a black woman applied for the same position who had a Master’s degree. There was an article I read about through my university. Now everyone knows that if someone is not qualified, like a nigger is not, and a white person is a graduate, the nigger will be hired. When it flip-flops the other way, the white person who has less credentials won’t be hired, which is reverse discrimination. This is beginning to happen quite often. There is an increase in female niggers attending colleges and universities graduating with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and, of course, they get the education for free. They also bitch and moan and cause problems if the university doesn’t give them a 4.0 GPA. Don’t believe it? It’s true. It’s happening. The civil rights favoritism based on race, which is against the U.S. Constitution is just that — based on race. I see this more often the case than not.
The university I attended had a lot of negresses, and they were the most stupid pieces of beings I have ever experienced. Some were even troublemakers and caused disruptions in class. Since this is the case, there should be tests based on reasoning and problem solving rather than hiring a nigger or a negress because of a free education.

This is the fall of the private sector in America. Incompetent, whiney-ass bitch broads and other trash reign supreme in senior management levels in virtually every company. When other women criticize these bitches, they cower or do nothing. When a man lays into them, they get the ‘you can’t do shit to me’ treatment and go about their dumbing down process of the (white) males in the organizations. The HR complaint system does not respond to these situations. It has become a one-sided corporate gangbang orgy in favor of the twats and trash. The government is already in the sewer and has been for decades now.

Someone called “Orion14” read my blog and left me some great and moving comments. He left me the link to this website. That`s why I think he is a member here or something. I just want to thank him very much for the comments he left there. I really appreciate them necause it`s really hard to find support in a world where I am viewed as an anti-semite.
I also want to thank the authors of this great website. You`ve done a great job here. A job which is hard to do in a world where truthers are considered as anti-semitic terrorists.
I ask Allah Almighty to help us in all our endeavors and help us raise the flag of truth high in the sky showing the misled world who`s right and who`s wrong.

Believe it or not, we white patriots, e.g. ‘nazis’ are the likeliest friends of the repressed mid-eastern peoples. We cheer the exploits of hezbollah and other arab freedom fighters. Our enemy is one and the same, our goal and desire for self-determination is the same. Let the jews be called to account for their crimes.
