PIKE: FEDERAL HATE LAW WILL PERSECUTE YOU

The federal “anti-hate” bill, to be voted on Thursday by the U.S. House of Representatives, says anyone who verbally “intimidates” members of federally protected groups faces indictment as a hate criminal, a violator of federal law. Also, anyone who “aids, abets, counsels” 1 that criminal will face charges. This means any talk show host who interviews me could face a federal “hate crimes” trial!
Since I first sounded the alarm on the federal hate bill last November and warned of its almost certain passage in the Democrat-controlled Congress, I have been interviewed on 114 national talk shows. My message against the hate bill has probably “intimidated” two groups the federal hate bill would especially protect: homosexuals and Jews. Homosexuals are intimidated because I regularly quote Holy Scripture describing their sexual behaviors as an abomination. The Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith is intimidated by my exposure of them as architect of thought crime laws worldwide. ADL is, in fact, so intimidated they don’t dare to mention my name on their website for fear tens of thousands will visit www.truthtellers.org and hear the whole truth about them. The same goes for a cluster of Jewish activist organizations presided over by B’nai B’rith International. ACLU, People for the American Way, American Jewish Congress, American Jewish Committee, Southern Poverty Law Center, etc. rarely, if ever, mention Ted Pike. In contrast, I expose their anti-American, anti-Christian activities to the world from the highest place of attention I can find – talk radio and the internet. If H. R. 1592 becomes law, I and the 33 talk show hosts who have “aided and abetted” me since November are eminently indictable.
Who else will have to look over their shoulder, fearing charges as a speech criminal? Are YOU in that danger?
What Is “Intimidation?”
The term “intimidation” is so vague and subjective that it will be up to activist judges to decide who can be indicted under H.R. 1592. Certainly, the homosexual lobby thinks “homophobic†evangelicals—especially pastors who “intimidate” youth away from homosexuality and warn of God’s judgment—are potential hate criminals.
If H.R. 1592 is ratified, how will its inquisition against Christians begin? It will probably follow the pattern of our northern neighbor since 1971. In Canada, the individuals least likely to merit public favor were indicted first. Holocaust reductionists (who question the accuracy of the 6 million figure of Jewish dead during WW II and whether gas chambers were primarily responsible for loss of Jewish life) were the primary victims of ADL’s federal hate bill, The Canadian Human Rights Act. Canadians of a vulgarly anti-Semitic, racist, or bigoted mentality were also arraigned first. ADL indicted when its victims wouldn’t be supported by public opinion.
But in the United States, as in Canada, hate crime legal precedents will quickly add up, enabling ADL to pursue their ultimate quarry: evangelicals. Within a few years, like wolves savaging a flock of sheep, ADL-instructed prosecutors will repeatedly indict Christian pastors, activists, publishers, educators and broadcasters. Christians will be charged with aiding, abetting or counseling those who verbally “intimidate” homosexuals away from their “natural” preferences. As with Austria’s conviction of WW II historian David Irving, it will not matter whether Christians have stopped criticizing homosexuality. Even decades-old statements will be dredged up, ex post facto, and held against them.
Jerusalem: Center of Persecution
ADL longs to revive first century persecution of Christians. Christ said this persecution would come from Jerusalem. He said His followers would be hauled before councils and synagogues to be beaten and imprisoned (Matt. 10:17, Luke 21:42). It is undoubtedly toward this ultimate objective that Knesset several years ago authorized the government of Israel to request international extradition of anyone who questions the 6 million figure of Holocaust victims. Israeli law now allows anyone in the world to be extradited and tried in an Israeli court for “desecrating of the memory of the Jewish dead.†Such a criminal faces living death in an Israeli prison.
To the virulently anti-Christian ADL, Holocaust reductionism is just one of the unforgivable sins of “anti-Semitism.” Christians—even those who most generously back Israel—are inherently anti-Semitic because they believe the New Testament, which ADL’s director, Abe Foxman, says is the seed of anti-Semitism throughout the ages, the seminal cause of the Holocaust. Today, ADL presides over a U.S. State Department “Office of Global Anti-Semitism,” which defines as anti-Semitic the New Testament’s witness that Jewish leaders and laymen demanded Christ’s crucifixion. (See, The Real Motive Behind the ‘Department of Global Anti-Semitism’) ADL also says sharing Christ with Jews is a form of racial religious hatred. Christians who fulfill their responsibility to love others by spreading the gospel and preaching from Scripture are doomed, under ADL hate laws, to indictment as anti-Semitic hate criminals! Someday, under internationally enforced hate laws, such believers will fulfill Christ’s prophecy by suffering deportation to Israel for trial, prison or death in the same way that Holocaust reductionists like Germar Rudolph and Ernst Zundel have been deported to Germany for trial under Germany’s ADL-inspired hate laws.
Ben-Gurion Prophesied Jewish World Control
Is Jesus’ the only prophetic voice predicting that Jerusalem will someday host a one-world government and its thought police? No. Israel’s first Prime Minister David Ben Gurion prophesied her eventual dominance of the planet:
“All continents will become united in a world alliance, at whose disposal will be an international police force. All armies will be abolished, and there will be no more wars. In Jerusalem, the United Nations (a truly United Nations) will build a shrine of the Prophets to serve the federated union of all continents; this will be the scene of the Supreme Court of Mankind, to settle all controversies among the federated continents, as prophesied by Isaiah.” (Look magazine, Jan. 1962)

If you “intimidate” homosexuals, Jews, Muslims, etc. in any way, by criticizing moral or social evil or witnessing for your faith, then know that H.R. 1592 will bring state-sponsored persecution to you—faster than you can imagine. This includes liberals who have criticized Islam.
We must respond to H.R. 1592 NOW. Protest not only to your House members but also to your senators. There is no doubt that through hate laws and their close cousins—ADL-inspired “anti-discrimination” laws in housing and employment—the ADL-controlled Democrat majority both in state legislatures and Congress is attempting to create a nationwide, federally enforced speech code in America, which will soon persecute and silence Christianity.

Ted Pike has been successfully warning Americans about this Jewish inspired nightmare legislation for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, the Communists [Democrats] now control the US House of Representatives and will most likely pass this abomination that is clearly designed to effectively end our 1st Amendment rights. Should it pass the Democratic controlled US Senate, the question remaining is whether “our” President will sign it into law. Frankly, I fear for the worse. Regardless, one has to commend Ted Pike for his efforts, especially given the fact that he is not shy when it comes to naming the Jew. I heard him speak on a local radio program for the first time several years ago and was floored by his intensity and knowledge regarding Jewish perfidy and efforts to undermine our civilization. Honestly, I had never heard anything like it before in my life! And best of all, the interview lasted 3 hours and was heard across all 50 states, including the People’s Republic of Kanada! Pike covered nearly everything of importance regarding the Jews ranging from the Bolshevik takeover of Russia and the Judeo-Marxist roots of Israel to the Zionist take over of the United States. The name “Ted Pike” rings a bell in my head, but not a loud one. Is it possible he badmouthed the jews as a guest on 114 “national radio talk shows” in just the past few months, like he claims ??
His website is fairly impressive, though I don’t profess to be a Christian.

I say let them bring on their new hate speech laws. The sooner the better.
More gun controll, more anti-white repression ,more, more, more! Worse is truly better.
Tom Mentzer from WAR says these new laws will separate the men from the boys. I agree but also believe the economy has to crash before the conditions are ripe for armed resistence against JEWISH tryanny.
There is no voting our way out of this mess and I mean every white western country. They(JEWS and white traitors) will not get the message that we are seriuos until they fear us. Installing that fear will only be done threw well planned violence!

To intimidate somebody with words….Hate Crime.
So this is what the Jews have made America into. In the USSR the Jews made a law called Article 58 in the criminal code which you could be sent to the Gulags for ten years for saying something against the State.
The State was defined by the USSR Constitution which in it’s Article 22 said all races were to be treated equal:
“Article 22. The Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic,[B] recognizing the equality of rights of all citizens, irrespective of their race or nationality[/B], declares the establishment or toleration on this basis of any privileges or advantages, or any oppression of national minorities [B]or restriction of their equality[/B], to be contraventions of the fundamental laws of the Republic.”

These ongoing attacks on free speech have a form and structure that needs to be understood before it can be countered.
Whenever the pro-minority bigots work to promote, justify or legitimize anti-white discrimination they ALWAYS, repeat ALWAYS resort to three – and only three – specific anti-white racial theories. These are:
A. The Unique History of White Evil Theory
This racial theory holds that “whites cannot evade history”. It is a racial theory because it justifies discrimination against a group based on their (Euro-Christian) ancestry alone irrespective of actual participation or consent (in slavery, holocaust, etc.) and therefore denies innocence as a defense.
B. The Unearned White Skin-color Privilege Theory
This racial theory holds that “whites are privileged”. It is a racial theory because it justifies discrimination against individuals based on their (Euro-Christian) ancestry alone irrespective of actual status or financial condition and therefore denies innocence as a defense.
C. The White Majority Deference Theory
This racial theory holds that “majorities must serve minorities”. It is a racial theory because its discriminatory logic applies exclusively to whites. For example, suggesting the reverse, that white minorities in South Africa or Detroit should have not equal but superior rights is widely considered insane.
In this instance (free speech rights) they are using all three racial theories simultaneously. Example:
Judge Reinhardt wrote that a different standard should apply to derogatory remarks aimed at majority groups such as Christians or whites because there is, of course, a difference between a historically[A] oppressed[B] minority[C] group that has been the victim of serious prejudice and discrimination and a group that has always enjoyed a preferred social, economic and political status.

I have added the A, B and C to mark where these racial theories are used. The extensive system of anti-white racial discrimination that has expanded well beyond affirmative action NEEDS these three racial theories to maintain position and to promote, justify and legitimize further advances.
The ADL (Aryan Defense League) should treat these three racial theories as the source spring of all anti-white legislation to date and mount campaigns against each one.
Everyone concerned about free speech rights needs to act now before it’s too late. Send financial support to the ADL (Aryan Defense League) or to any other organization that actively confronts anti-white racism in general and these three racial theories in particular.

Please listen to the radio interviews on Ted’s site, especially the Jeff Rense broadcast. All are very informative. Pike makes it clear who is behind this monstrosity: the Jews of the ADL! Essentially, what this draconian legislation will do is establish a bias centered justice system parallel to our English justice system so that federal judges can intervene and overrule local court decisions while also broadening the definition of “verbal violence” to include anything they want in the future. In short, if this thing passes and becomes law, stick a fork in the 1st Amendment because it’s cooked. VNN and all other related sites will become history.
During the Rense interview, Pike mentions his good friend, Paul Fromm, and stated that the ADL worked feverishly for 20 years before they succeeded in passing Kanada’s “Human Right’s Act” in 1971. Once established, the law was then quickly modified and amended into what we see today. It’s so bad now in Kanada that simply saying or writing something that is even likely to cause “hatred” or “contempt” is punishable with fines and imprisonment! Yep, even the possibility of hurting someone’s feelings is all that is needed in Kanada these days for the government to arrest you and lock you away in it’s Soviet styled gulag system. Just ask Thomas Winnicki. This legislation must be stopped using any and all means!

We know that the Jewish ADL/ SPLC/ACLU/JDL/NAACP/AIPAC/NAMBLA/CIVIL RIGHTS/ Feminist Movement/ IMMIGRATION/ are the enemy. What are we going to do about it? If we know something to be true then why do we sit on our hands and let these snakes in the grass get away with even being in our country? The longer this goes on the more difficult it will be to rid them of our land.
