FRIGHTFUL FACTS

Recognizing that the United States has little capacity to rein in its profligate spending and has neither the intent nor the ability to actually pay off its $60 trillion debt in money worth anywhere near what it’s worth today, foreigners are increasingly leery about accumulating more greenbacks.

In 1930, the total share of the U.S. economy directly controlled by or dependent on government was about 11%, leaving the balance of 89% firmly in the hands of private enterprise.

Today, by the late Milton Friedman’s calculations, the government’s share of the U.S. economy – including the time and resources required to comply with all the regulations – has ballooned to over 50%, reducing the wealth-creating machinery of free enterprise to an auxiliary engine for government.

Going around the world is a lot easier than it was a few years ago. In 16 days, we did a complete tour…stopping for many business meetings, dinners and parties along the way.
We have already reported to you our major finding: that no matter where you go you will find people who think the same thing. All over the world, people now believe in money the way they once believed in nationalism, socialism, or communism. Now, the only ‘ism’ they believe in is capitalism…but it is a strange variety of capitalism.

The definition of wealth has changed – from net worth to cash flow. People consider themselves rich based on how much money and credit they can run through, not how much they end up with. Debt is just another way to keep the money flowing. Nor does anyone fear a crash or even a severe setback. Money shuffling is revered for its own sake…and every momma wants her babies to grow up to be money shufflers. Why? Because that’s where the money is.

The old ‘isms’ ended in a terrible blow-up; our guess is that this one will too.

Now cometh the coolest thing on Wall Street…Private Equity. With the argument that Sarbox and other reforms have made, the public markets are so difficult and expensive for companies that more money can be made by taking companies private. This sounds good to us. We are as suspicious of public markets as we are of public toilets, and of everything else with the word public in front of it. But what the Private Equity hustlers do is to take advantage of the naïve gullibility of public market investors. Michael Lewis provides the following example:

“The recent deal to buy, and then sell, the car-rental company Hertz Global Holdings Corp. nicely illustrates the current state of play in that relationship. In December 2005, a pair of private-equity firms, Clayton Dubilier & Rice Inc. and the Carlyle Group, bought Hertz from the Ford Motor Co. – which is to say they bought it from the sorry souls who own shares of Ford. Eleven months later, in November 2006, they turned around and sold Hertz back to the [public] in an initial public offering.

“In buying the company they put up $2.3 billion in equity capital. By the time they sold it they had gotten $1.3 billion of their money back, and held shares – which they no doubt plan to get rid of as soon as they can – valued at another $3.5 billion or so. In less than a year they had netted a fairly clean $2.5 billion profit.”

Is the world a richer place now that Hertz is on its own? Are more people suddenly renting more cars…enjoying more vacations…getting richer as a result of the Hertz deal?

No, dear reader, we don’t think so. Instead, the insiders and Wall Street pros who bought the business from Ford, then made a deal with the other insiders and pros at the big brokerage houses…who flogged it to their customers…so that now it sits in millions of small mutual fund portfolios, valued at a nice multiple of what the public used to think it was worth.

What hath all this money-shuffling wrought? Delusion…. and debt…

NIGGERS IN ENGLAND

The English newspapers are the best in the world. The press is, well, irrepressible. It has no shame.no sense of embarrassment.no standards other the honest one – selling papers.

Gone is much of the high-minded, public spectacle blather you find in the New York Times, the Washington Post, or Le Monde. Instead, the English papers – at least the tabloids – give the world-improvers the old heave-ho and focus on the kind of news that is both entertaining and enlightening. Even where matters of public policy are concerned, they are approached from a private, personal perspective:

“Husband’s fury after Somali gunmen was left free to kill [a female police officer] because to deport him would have infringed his human rights’ says the cover-story headline.

“The heartbroken husband of Sharon Beshenivsky yesterday attacked the ‘soft touch’ immigration laws which left Somali criminals free to murder her.”

Not many people are murdered in England. Compared to America, it is a fairly safe place. When someone is killed, it makes the news. This was the story of the only policewoman to be murdered in more than 20 years. She was shot dead by a group of immigrants from Africa. At least two of these immigrants had long criminal records, which would have normally caused them to be deported back to where they came from. But since they were from Somalia, immigration officials decided that Britain would offer
them asylum. It would be “too dangerous” to send them back to their homelands, the Home Office ruled. But after the murder, at least one of the criminals fled back to Somalia.disguised as a woman, wearing a burqa.

“What about my kids, my wife, my family?” asked the grieving husband. “I’d like these do-gooders to come and explain that to my children.”

Later in the article, we find out how Mr. Beshenvisky has coped with his sorrow. After learning about the kids’ problems in school, and his own troubles with the bottle, we discover that the man has found a new friend:

“Michelle agreed to help me with the kids,” he explained sheepishly. “It’s not as if either of went out looking for it. Anyway, how long do you wait? I know Sharon wouldn’t want me to feel guilty about this, what I’ve tried to do to get on with life.”

Jewish group sues Iran conference participants

The Forum of Jewish Organizations in Antwerp filed suit against participants in a recent Holocaust-denial conference in Tehran.

The Belgian lawsuit includes anyone who gave a speech questioning the Holocaust at the conference sponsored this month by the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

Holocaust denial is illegal in Belgium and is punishable by up to one year in jail and a $3,000 fine.

The purpose of the lawsuit is to cause legal problems for attendees who might want to visit Belgium, according to a Forum source.

The rabbinate in Antwerp issued a declaration against conference participants and urged that the few Jewish attendees of the conference ? mostly members of the fringe Neturei Karta group ? be banned from Antwerp synagogues.

There are 15,000 Jews in Antwerp; according to some estimates, at least half of whom are Orthodox.

INFLATION

Inflation (money-supply and credit growth) is spiraling out of control and all this excess liquidity is causing prices to rise all around us, thereby diminishing the purchasing power of our
savings. So far, central banks (through their propaganda and skewed inflation figures) have managed to keep the public’s inflationary fears under check. However, once the masses wake up to the inflation menace, there will be a stampede out of “paper” causing interest-rates to soar and

CONSUMERISM

These predictions of consumer retrenchment have not appreciated or fully respected a key tenet of human nature: When given the option to consume without producing (via credit cards), most people will choose “yes,” and most people are reactive adjusters, rather than proactive planners. Instead of keeping in mind the odds of a job loss or a slump in the housing market, most consumers wait until they run into the proverbial budgetary brick wall before they adjust spending habits.

The Fallacy of Multiculturalism Revealed

I recently came across a college students essay on the Internet and it’s entitled “Multiculturalism: The Subdividing of History.” Originally written in 1991 the essay affords us an opportunity to look back at how this process developed over time.

The author, Julie Ann Kessler, then a senior at Ashland College, a mid sized teaching institution in Ohio, presents her thesis in a typically dry and academic format, but manages to immediately highlight a curious fact about “multiculturalism,” something that was much easier to recognize and admit to fourteen years ago than it is today.

Today many of us are under the erroneous impression that “multiculturalism,” was designed to encourage tolerance by bringing together members of our society through the celebration of diversity – in fact the entire “multicultural movement,” has been divisive from the beginning…
Ms. Kessler acknowledges this fact in her first paragraph:

No debate within higher education is more divisive than the one being waged between self-proclaimed “multiculturalists” and those who could be called traditionalists in the study of Western culture.

You’ll hear many people exclaim today that Jews were the initiators of this divisive agenda, and then you’ll immediately hear these people referred to as anti-Semites for daring to suggest such a ridiculous hypothesis. However, Kessler pointed out in 1991 that Racism and Sexism: An Integrated Study a treatise by the Jewish Paula Rothenberg was described in Newsweek as the “primer,” for multiculturalists. It is so easy for time to wear away the foundation of uncomfortable facts.

Kessler rightly points out that originally there were two schools of thought within the “multiculturalist movement,” one, the “particularist,” tended to emphasiz that “the experiences of one ethnic group can’t have any relevance to members of another,” which is nothing more than Boasian “cultural relativity,” repackaged for modern consumption. According to Kessler, the other school of thought, “pluralism,” “hold[s] to an all-inclusive American history, with an accent on shared experiences.” What Kessler realized at the time was that both paradigms are essentially integral parts of the same puzzle, i.e. multiculturalism, and both challenged the “traditionalist” view.

We see this type of dichotomous argument often in American intellectual thought, an alleged division in ideology, but just under the surface a common agenda. More often than not one of the theories is presented in such a way as to appear to be more acceptable than the other, something Kessler also notes:

Pluralists in essence say, “American culture belongs to all of us,” as opposed to “American culture belongs to us whites.” The particularists, on the other hand have turned this old, exclusive view on end: “American culture does belong to whites; so celebrate your ancestral homeland instead of your present home. Ethnic and racial differences must be accentuated and hatreds fanned.

What we know fourteen years later is that “multiculturalism,” won the “fixed,” debate, the particularist and pluralist views merged and have left us with a singular idea, American culture does not belong to whites and ethnic and racial differences should be accentuated and hatreds fanned, except where and when whites are concerned. This wasn’t an accident; this was the intention all along, something else that Kessler prophetically revealed in her analysis of something that happened at Stanford University in 1988 when the clarion call “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Western culture’s got to go,” initially went out.

Kessler notes how the very unlikely example of a Guatemalan female Marxist that renounced marriage and motherhood in the pursuit of the Marxist ideal was used to inculcate impressionable young minds, when she cites the fact that Stanford students were encouraged to read I, Rigoberta Menchu a book about exactly that and how that book was supposed to sensitize the students in such a way that they might “understand the perspective of female Marxist Guatemalan peasants of Indian ancestry, not to examine whether the book is valid or contributes to a student’s education.”

Kessler reveals a good bit of skepticism in 1991, which proved to be quite healthy in that after receiving the Nobel Prize in 1992 Rigoberto was exposed by the New York Times as a fraud. In her memoirs she notes that he brother had died of malnutrition, but a Times reporter found him alive and well, and living prosperously in Guatemala. Not unexpectedly, because central to the thesis of multiculturalism is “white oppression,” Rigoberto claims that her impoverished family was subject to intimidation and oppression by “wealthy landowners of European descent.” Unfortunately for Rigoberto, her fellow villagers claimed that the “dispute was really a land feud that pitted Rigoberta’s father against his in-laws. It was a family quarrel that went on for years and years.”

This comes as no surprise to some of us, those who read and embraced I, Rigoberta Menchu in the 1980s however might be somewhat taken aback as the Nobel Prize and her fraudulent memory still stand despite these revelations. Another interesting aspect of this story is that the same people at the Times who initially built up Rigoberto’s image in the 1980s were the same ones that exposed her as a fraud in the 1990s – possibly a matter of reminding a prima donna that what can be built up can also be broken down.

Kessler continues by highlighting some of the more meaningless infighting within the multiculturalist perspective, i.e. the “pluralists” refer to the “particularists,” as “extremists,” and the latter believe the former to be unrealistic. Sensational accusations are passed back and forth as though they have some meaning; in actuality they don’t. As an example one black professor and advocate of the “pluralist perspective,” refers to a Jewish professor of history at Columbia, and “particularist,” Diane Ravitch, as “the ultimate, supreme, sophisticated, debonair racist” and a “Texas Jew.” Ravitch then exposes the entire dichotomous scheme when she “readily admits, pluralism easily can be, and has been, transformed into particularism. In its concern to include everyone in a new common American history, to be nice to everybody and not leave anyone out, pluralism may well give rise to cultural divisiveness where none might otherwise exist.”

Exactly the point, what is indeed rare though is that a senior at Ashland College in 1991 saw through the smoke and mirrors of theoretical multiculturalism, but perspectives like hers were never voiced publicly.

There is no longer any doubt, multiculturalism is a dismal failure as evidenced by the fact that tens of thousands of Americans have signed up voluntarily as part of a popular movement to patrol our nation’s borders because our government refuses to do so. It is also quite clear that American society has reached the point where it will no longer silently serve as liberalisms experimental model; it has reached the point of total saturation.

Interestingly, failed liberal models have been quite common over the last one hundred years. They also tend to be extremely destructive and are almost never exposed to any subsequent scrutiny. The common denominator is that they almost always tend to be Kosher, developed and propagated by Jews. The reason they are never exposed is because Jews have monopolized the massive power and influence of the media, whether that be television, newspapers, news magazines, cinema, or through the equally cornered market of academics, American Universities and the publishing houses that provide these Universities with textbooks. For example one learns through the aforementioned mediums that the Bolshevik’s employed the concept of collectivization on Russian peasantry with disastrous results. We may also learn that the concept and process of collectivization was subsequently exported to China, North Korea, Cambodia and other Asian nations, but we will never hear that the failed process which led to the deaths of more than ten million Christian Russians and Ukrainians, also failed in China, failed in North Korea and failed in Cambodia with similar results, the deaths of tens of millions!
“Multiculturalism,” is nothing more than the newest failed “liberal model,” a modern day “collectivization” scheme, an abortive idea that society can’t seem to rid itself of. There were many Julie Ann Kessler’s fourteen years ago vocally opposing what to them was an obviously flawed system, but they were denounced as racists and/or completely ignored. Today the failure of “multiculturalism,” shines as a beacon in all its inglorious ineptitude leaving us the opportunity, and that is what it is, to make the changes necessary to make our country a better place to live in for our children and grandchildren.

Ibn Khaldun sees the historical process as one of constant cyclical change, due mainly to the interaction of two groups, nomads and townspeople. These form the two poles of his mental map; peasants are in between, supplying the towns with food and tax revenue and taking handicrafts in return. Nomads are rough, savage and uncultured, and their presence is always inimical to civilization; however, they are hardy, frugal, uncorrupt in morals, freedom-loving and self-reliant, and so make excellent fighters. In addition, they have a strong sense of ‘asabiya, which can be translated as ‘group cohesion’ or ‘social solidarity’. This greatly enhances their military potential. Towns, by contrast, are the seats of the crafts, the sciences, the arts and culture. Yet luxury corrupts them, and as a result they become a liability to the state, like women and children who need to be protected. Solidarity is completely relaxed and the arts of defending oneself and of attacking the enemy are forgotten, so they are no match for conquering nomads.

Jews and Muslims are both nomadic people in a certain sense. Jews aren’t “warriors” in the physical sense, but they are definitely warriors in the social, political and economic sphere. They are a mirror of the Islamic physical warriors.

Whites are only aware of physical war, and are only dimly aware, if at all, of political war, social war, and economic war. This is why American resistance movements like patriot movements and militia movements and Bob Mathews’ Order didn’t get off the ground. American resistance movements have been based on physical warfare, and were easily defeated by the jews, who have conquered America socially, economically and politically. Taking our guns away will merely be the last formality.

The focus on Physical warfare is a distraction. We are conditioned by action movies – Rambo movies, Schwarzenegger movies to think we are going to win with bullets and bombs. We won’t. We won’t get anywhere until we start waging social, political and economic warfare. Real Life is much more complex than Hollywood action movies. When people say they are “disillusioned” they are saying that their illusion wasn’t satisfied. Their illusion is based on these action movies. That’s not reality. We have to start working and resisting based on reality, not on John Wayne or Arnold Schwarzenegger movies.

And I prefer the term “resistance” as opposed to “fighting” because the term “resistance” does not denote specifically physical warfare. Resistance can mean doing work that is specifically geared towards social, political and economic warfare.

The Muslims and Jews are practitioners of asabiyah – tribal warfare, par excellence. The Muslim fights with the sword, the jew fights with money and with words and with artistically produced illusions such as movies or popular music. What the jews do is warfare every bit as much as Islamic jihad, but European man fails to recognize it as such.

These nomadic desert people have European man’s head spinning. We weren’t socially prepared to deal with nomadic desert people. We fought off the Muslims, but the jews got in and dug their heels in. Giving the jews their own ghettoes and letting them deal with money was the perfect formula to give them massive social power. The ghettoes may have been crowded and smelly, but they were a perfect laboratory to create a market dominant elite. The jews were allowed to create money based businesses with one another, ergo excluding the Gentiles, and they were segregated so they developed incredible tribal cohesion. The Rothschilds came out of the Frankfurt ghetto, and the rest is history.

Kabbalah Centre Scion on the Defensive at Jewish Mysticism Parley

San Diego – With Hollywood starlets donning red-string bracelets and toting the Zohar around as if it were the latest fashion accessory, serious proponents of Jewish mysticism find themselves struggling over the commercialization and popularization of Kabbalah. In particular, students and teachers have been trying to figure out whether they should be ecstatic or despondent over the broad success of the Kabbalah Centre, the highly controversial sect that preaches to Jew and gentile alike and touts Madonna as its most famous adherent.

A recent conference held in this sunny California city, running concurrently with a larger gathering of Jewish studies professors, sought to address the issue. Organized by an upstart Cleveland-based center for the study of Kabbalah, the Tiferet Institute, the daylong conference, titled “Kabbalah for the Masses? The Promise and Problems in Mainstreaming Jewish Mysticism,” brought together a broad swath of scholars, rabbis and students to probe the implications of the widespread phenomenon.

The day’s most famous participant was probably Rabbi Michael Berg, one of two sons of Rabbi Philip Berg, the man responsible for selling Kabbalah to the masses under the aegis of the Kabbalah Centre. The center now has 50 branches worldwide, a sizable charitable foundation and a product line that includes a “Kabbalah” energy drink. Controversy has swirled around the center for decades, but with its entry into popular culture, and its notable financial successes, it has come under increasing scrutiny. At issue are its tactics in soliciting donations from its membership, and its claims to being the rightful successor to a revered kabbalistic lineage in Israel, which some nay-sayers have labeled specious.

SENATE BANS PASTOR AFTER HE CONDEMNS SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

The Rev. Vincent Fields says he didn’t plan to speak
out against same-sex marriage when he offered the
invocation at the opening of the Senate session on
Monday.

At first, he prayed for wisdom and understanding for
the senators. But then, the Absecon pastor recalled
yesterday, “the Holy Spirit took over, and I had to
pray what he said.”

What Fields said next — on a day a Senate committee
advanced a bill allowing civil unions for same- sex
couples — has gotten the pastor banned from giving
future Senate invocations.

“We curse the spirit that would come to bring about
same-sex marriage,” Fields said in the Senate chamber.
“We ask you to just look over this place today, cause
them to be shaken in their very heart in uprightness,
Lord, to do that is right before you.”

The invocations are not sup posed to be political or
divisive, Senate President Richard Codey said. But
Fields, who runs a non- denominational church,
provoked a lot of comment. Asked if he felt Fields had
gone out of bounds, Codey said, “Absolutely.
Positively. Yes. He will not be back.”

The Senate opens every voting session, there were 15
this year, with the Pledge of Allegiance and an
invocation given by a pastor, who receives $100.

Most clergy who give the invocations through the year
are recommended by state lawmakers, and represent the
diversity of religious groups in the state. Fields,
however, was recommended by a staffer in the office of
Ellen Daven port, Secretary of the Senate.

Fields, 46, also was criticized for citing Jesus twice
in his prayer. The invocations are usually
non-specific to any religion.

“Usually rabbis and ministers and imams are sensitive
to the fact that they are saying a prayer before a
diverse body,” said Sen. Loretta Weinberg (D-Bergen).
“They usually try to keep that prayer as inclusive as
possible.

“My attitude about these things are, I’m Jewish and I
sort of just stand there quietly, respectful. But I
don’t bow my head and I don’t say ‘Amen’ after a
prayer like that that specifically excludes my
religious beliefs.”

Fields, who gave a Senate invocation last year and
whose Greater Works Ministries draws about 200 people
on Sundays, said he thought he acted appropriately.

“We’re living in a time now where we’ve got to take a
stand spiritually,” said Fields, who works during the
week for his contracting company, Upper Scale
Contracting in Pleasantville. “…We’re literally
setting ourselves up for God to turn his back on us,
and if we do, we’ll have the chaos in other coun
tries, in this country.”

He said he didn’t expect to speak about same-sex
marriage when he arrived at the Statehouse. He was in
the middle of the invocation, he said, and “all of a
sudden, he (the Holy Spirit) just took over. Boom! I
don’t even know exactly. My wife told me afterward,
‘You were being nice and tiptoeing and all of a
sudden, Boom!'”

He said he didn’t care that Codey said he won’t be
asked back.

“Not at all,” he said. “It’s better just to get the
voice across.”

It has members of the International Atomic Energy Agency inspecting their facilities. Not one single piece of evidence has been produced to indicate that Iran is developing any nuclear weapons. Let’s look at the treaty:

1. Nothing in this Treaty shall be interpreted as affecting the inalienable right of all the Parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with Articles I and II of this Treaty.

So you can see that Iran is not repeat NOT violating the NPT.

Pension windfall for Steele is no accident of law

“I did not make the law, and if I become the beneficiary of it, it’s by no doing of my own”

–Bobbie Steele, commenting in a TV interview last week about how her four-month stint as interim Cook County Board president will allow her monthly pension benefit to double when she retires.

Actually, no.

It will be her doing.

The tiny section of the half-million word state pension law that Steele has indicated she’ll use to calculate her retirement benefits is subtitled “Alternative annuity for county officers,” italics mine.

“Alternative,” as in her choice. If Steele didn’t make the choice, in writing, to participate in this special offer during the 20 years when she was a county commissioner–I called to ask, but her spokeswoman didn’t know and didn’t get back to me–then she’ll have to make it before she resigns next week. To do so, she’ll have to notify the Cook County Employees’ Annuity & Benefit Fund and retroactively contribute small percentages of her salary from previous years.

Then–it’s a rare and beautiful thing if you’re an accidental chief executive–that very law, reserved exclusively for elected office-holders, will let her receive 80 percent of her “salary at the time of termination of service.”

Since being sworn in Aug. 1 to fill out the final months of ailing former President John Stroger’s four-year term, Steele has been paid at the rate of $170,000 a year. That’s twice what she earned as a commissioner.

The result will be an annual retirement pension starting at $136,000 a year, twice the pension she would have received if she had returned to her seat on the board of commissioners, as she earlier promised voters she would.

Black hatemongering robbers murder 5-year-old white girl

Diederick Esterhuizen, 36, was deeply saddened, with tears coming to his eyes, as he recounted how blacks murdered his innocent five-year-old daughter, Danielle.

The black men started shooting his family while they were on a picnic near Riebeeck Lake in South Africa, about 1 mile from their Randfontein home.

The little white girl, Danielle, was in her mother’s arms, with her mother hoping to protect the little white girl from the blacks who came up to them. But it did no good, as the black murderers shot the little 5-year-old girl in the head even though she was in her mother Anel’s arms.

The bullet hit the mother’s finger, though it did little to stop the force of it. The little girl’s father, Diederick, described the horror he faced as the hateful blacks took his little daughter’s life from his family:

“I heard my child scream and there was blood everywhere. I grabbed her and drove as fast as I could to the Robinson hospital.”

The heartless blacks further hindered any chance of the white family from saving their daughter’s life by shooting out their car’s tires.

The white man kept praying, but it did little good. The blacks had done too much damage to his daughter, just one of the thousands of whites murdered yearly in South Africa.

“I just kept praying that it was a slight scrape and that a doctor would be able to fix it,” Esterhuizen cried.

The beautiful little white girl would not ever be married. She would not graduate college. She would not graduate elementary school, let alone have another birthday. She was pronounced dead on arrival–something that is becoming increasingly common with whites who are taken to hospitals after blacks attack them.

Japanese scientists released yesterday what is believed to be the first pictures of a live giant squid, one of the most elusive creatures in the world.

The squid, some 24ft long, was captured this month in the Pacific, some 600 miles south of Tokyo. The first photographs of a giant squid were only taken in 2004 by the same team of scientists.
