Bottom line: the bourgeoisie — middle class — never questions its own government, its own assumptions, its own beliefs, its own well meaning. Anything that calls these into question scares it, and so is felt dangerous, and therefore denominatd on a sliding scale from ‘disloyalty’ to ‘hate’ to ‘terrorism.’ Thinking is unAmeriKwan. Our job is to unify behind God, the ultimate authority, and George W. Bush, his temporal representative. Thought is hate. Questioning is disloyalty. Acting against Authority is terrorism. Independence? How can you be a team player?
Most American adults are mental children, and Fox is where they turn for reassurance and prejudice-reinforcement.

They would not have, had the buildings not been demolished. Heroism, in the media, is equated not to going above and beyond ordinary effort, but to following orders. Kind of a theme on Fox.

Repent for the kingdom of G-d is at hand. We will pray for the VNN staff who have lost their way and are confused. There is the wonderful loving savior named Jesus who will cure your afflicted brain and set you on the right track and all you have to do is ask him to come into your heart to make it all better. IF – and I’m not convinced they were, but if it was the Muslims who were responsible for 9/11, that doesn’t make a lot of sense does it? Of course, noone is suggesting the best way to prevent a recurrence – rounding up all these Israeli lobbyists and, after a slew of what would be for me highly entertaining show trials, hanging them from the nearest lamp posts.
