“Posterity — you will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it.” — John Quincy Adams (1767-1848), sixth U.S. President

Once you wake up, it is amazing how much evidence is just lying around everywhere, in plain sight, of government/media lying and complicity in all manner of aberrant behavior. I hear that very observation, time and again, from list members who finally reach a critical mass in their thinking or, perhaps, undergo what I call a “trigger event,” and then suddenly “awaken.” You know who you are.

Getting over the hurdle of believing your own government not only lies to you, not only acts against your best interests, but also will kill you without thinking twice … well, that takes some doing. The real obstacle, I think, is in knowing that you will have to do something once you buy into the concept and knowing that “doing something” will change your whole life: friends, work, family, etc.

Two years ago, I wrote Too Much of Everything is Just Enough, in which I recounted the following discussion with my brother, the Southern Baptist.

In support of Bush’s incursion into Iraq, he had stated at that time that all Arabs are terrorists – that it’s a cultural thing – and that the solution would be to “get rid of them all.”

“Genocide, you mean?” I asked.

“If that’s what it takes.”

“That isn’t going to happen, you know,” I replied. “That simply isn’t the way our race does things any more, not since we all but eradicated the American Indians.” (Little did I know at the time just how far into the pit George Bush and his neocon masters would be able to fling America.)

“Yes,” he answered, “you’re probably right about that.”

“Imagine America invaded and your children shot before your eyes, your wife lying in your arms with her life draining from her due to bullet wounds, then tell me you wouldn’t pledge your life to killing the invaders in any way possible,” I continued.

“I can’t,” he admitted.

“So, if the objective is to stop terrorism, we are doing precisely the wrong thing, aren’t we? For every Arab we kill, several others take their place. And their hatred of America proper, not just as Israel’s surrogate, becomes ever more firmly entrenched.”

“Yes, I suppose so.”

“So we should be looking at why we are prompting this response and thereby strive to eliminate their desire to terrorize us, shouldn’t we? If you want to be loved more, be more lovable, and all that?”

“Perhaps,” he said … “I’m hampered by not wanting to believe my government is evil. I’m afraid that if I finally admit that, then I might feel that I have to do something about it.”

Now we’re cooking, I thought.

“Besides, I’m too old and too tired,” he sighed. I sighed, too, and handed him a pre-publication “galley” review copy of my book, Defensive Racism.

My brother continues to support fundamentalism, but increasingly I see him doubt America’s Middle Eastern crusade. I wouldn’t be surprised if the truth about the current Israeli carnage in Palestine and Lebanon isn’t enough, finally, to shake him free. Already, he reports that his children and grandchildren consider his thinking to be extremist. I understand and sympathize with what a hurdle he faces, having raised all of them to think one way and now being pulled inexorably in the other direction, himself.

As a product of the same generation as my brother, I well understand how the earth has shifted beneath our feet. We grew up in mid-Twentieth Century America, which was a very different country from today. We really haven’t changed so much. It is America that has changed. He gave over his children to the modern public education system and to TV, both of which post date our childhood, and those massive programming engines swept his children along on the tidal wave of political correctness.

We listened to the radio as kids, you see, because there was no TV, though education already was beginning to change as I went through the grades. Now we have second- and third-generation teachers passing on the propaganda, people who literally don’t know any better. You have to be age 50 or better to understand from personal experience what America once was all about. Yes, I know how that sounds. I know that most of you rolled your eyes when you read it. We all recall how ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs in a tomb translated to, essentially, “I don’t know what this younger generation is coming to.” I get the same response when I say, concerning the economy, this time it is different.

Well…this time it is different. Mark my words and mark them well.

Paradise Lost

Consider how, in just two short generations, we have squandered the legacy bequeathed us by Adams (go reread his quote above), Washington, Jefferson and so many others, so many of whom today are not remembered because they were not famous and left no children to carry on. They left no children because they died forging the freedom that we so cavalierly forfeit in exchange for the comfort of not disturbing those around us, of not fighting with government, of going along to get along.

Be warned that “doing something,” even if it involves only talking, will change things for you. Be rational, open and even handed, though, and your immediate family and true friends will stand by you. Always keep in mind that yours will be the path less taken, the one strewn with obstacles and difficulty. As Morpheus said in the original Matrix movie: “I didn’t say it would be easy. I just said it would be the truth.”

However, take heart: A sea change seems to be occurring throughout America. People are awakening to the dangers of multiculturalism because of the open hostility of illegal immigrants (who recently marched through American cities – over one-half million in Los Angeles alone – carrying signs saying “We are the Real Americans” and “Get out of Our Country”), the abysmal failure of our education system (due only in part to multiculturalism, again, not to mention the overt Marxism of the NEA) as evidenced by the shortcomings of our own children, the obvious increase in crime (most of which flies beneath the radar – for example, you didn’t hear any media reports about the extensive St. Louis rioting, burning, looting, raping and murdering by Blacks last week during a five-day power outage, did you?), the huge increase in American governmental tyranny and the increasingly-obvious tanking of the American economy, now brought home by plummeting housing values. Oh, yes, and of course – because of the blithering idiot who stole the White House (twice!) and now has America mired in an obviously-doomed quest for empire via a war based upon lies, wanted by nobody in America except the Chosen, and who now seems certain to catch us up in World War III.

How can I be so sure? Because every day I get emails and letters from members of this list telling me so. They have increased substantially of late and particularly this past week since the savagery of Israeli aggression has so plainly been unmasked for the whole world to see. All across America, people are choosing Nationalism over Globalism and doing so with an ever-increasing outcry about what our America has become under the tyranny of her current regime.

The Price of Awareness

I fear that I allowed the system to indoctrinate my oldest daughter (age 24) far too much, while I purposely chose not to do so in the interest of allowing her to make up her own mind about things. My error. The mind she made up was formed out there and, while she is resisting my worldview, I see chinks forming in her armor. I’m not repeating this error with my two youngest (aged 16 and 18). Not one bit. Predictably, my oldest daughter believes I am “programming” her siblings. Well, I suppose so, but, since they are going to load their programming from somewhere, better my programming than the lies peddled by modern American society. Particularly, in view of the massive coming changes now set in stone for America.

My wife’s family generally seems to view me as a burden that she must bear (all but the single Uncle who read my book), but they are unstintingly cordial, nonetheless. It is my father believing that I am a nut case who most bothers me. I gave him a copy of my book, by the contents of which I am willing to be judged, but I know he never will read it. My wife and my kids – they are my rock. Be careful as you awaken to bring your family along with you, as you will need and treasure them as never before.

Being professionally ostracized and despised for my clientele and outspoken views (though less so all the time, as the truth about America becomes ever more plain to the naked eye) is of little consequence to me, as I am at the end of my legal career, in any event. Be aware, however, that your mileage may vary.

Guess I’ll Go Eat Worms

Awakening has cost me a great many friends, as it likely will you. They won’t read my book, either. But awakening also has gained me thousands of new friends, most of whom I have not yet had the honor of meeting (you might be one), for each and every old friend who has fallen by the wayside. Besides, a real friend is someone who treasures you despite your differences, if not actually for those differences. Believe me, there is nothing like becoming politically incorrect in order to learn exactly who are your real friends. Come to think of it, maybe there is no real downside in the friends department, after all.

Should you decide to go on a mission to awaken others, as have I, also be warned that there is no money in it. Everybody in the so-called “Movement” is broke. All the politically-incorrect web sites like mine are labors of love, while those opposing us are lavishly supported by Those-Whose-Name-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned.

There are no Sugar Daddies or High Rollers on this side of the business. No secret funding from cabals of well-heeled and like-minded but secretive individuals. When I think of the mountains we could move if we had merely the funding that flows into the pockets of America’s congressmen as bribes to do the bidding of our country’s new masters!

No access to the marketplace is allowed by Those-Whose-Name-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned and there quite literally is no justice in America today for the politically incorrect. Books like mine must be self published and then are doomed to languish, unseen by the very people who most need to see them in bookstores, since the entire publishing and distribution industry is controlled by Those-Whose-Name-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned. Why, I can’t even buy advertising space for my book on the more radical politically-incorrect websites because they fear repercussions from Those-Whose-Name-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned.

Even so, and pretty much by word of mouth alone during the past 18 months, Defensive Racism now is well into its second printing and approaching 5,000 total distribution, which makes it a smash-hit best seller for the genre. Regrettably, the net proceeds do not come close to covering the cost of my proselytizing on behalf of the Nationalistic and patriotic ideas and outlooks that I espouse, but they help.

Making a Difference

Why do I do it? Because it needs to be done. Because not nearly enough of us are doing it. Mostly, though, because I have to do it – I cannot help myself. It is the price of my awareness, you see.

Each and every one of us possesses a talent that sets us apart. We all can contribute and make a difference, even in the police state that our beloved America has become. If you have awakened, you can satisfy that urge you feel to “do something” by carefully analyzing your strengths and your weaknesses, then deciding upon your objective. The path then to follow becomes self evident.

Some are satisfied with nothing less than becoming martyrs for our cause, so that they end up in prison (there are so many political prisoners languishing in American jail cells now). I do not encourage this path.

Some can put together terrific web sites to showcase and promote written, audio and visual content that helps to awaken others.

Some can organize conventions and rallies.

Some can speak out and write persuasively. Many are kind enough to suggest that I am one of those.

Some can write letters endlessly and get them printed in newspapers. Writing to elected officials is a waste of time.

All of us can offer “attaboys” and moral support to those around us who dare to go against the flow. Encourage their development. How? This is something I consider so important that I excerpted an entire chapter about it, Treading Water, from my book and placed it on line for ready access by anybody.

Some can afford to provide financial assistance to those whose work they admire and support.

Running for office is a waste of time unless you use it solely as a platform from which to preach. In that case, a prime talent will be found in possessing a thick skin.

Everybody can fold and stuff envelopes, at a minimum. Pick an organization and volunteer your assistance.

You get the idea.

First Things First

Keep your priorities straight, however. Remember that family comes first. You do them no good if you lose your job for having harangued coworkers at coffee break. Be true to your religious ideals, even if it means changing them to fit your new-found awareness. Prepare for the coming difficulties. Be ready to move on short notice and to protect and provide for your own. Move out of the cities right now if you already have not done so.

Decide where and with whom you stand. The time will come when you will have to make that decision. In American revolutionary times, a great many dithered about whether to support the revolutionaries or to be “Loyalists” (to the British Crown), with many landing in the latter category through inaction. After Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown, Loyalists found themselves singularly unwelcome in America and were forced to leave. Actually, today at least some of their descendants finally might well be glad for that.

When? Right now. Remember, time now is very short. Already, it is too late to prevent the economic collapse of the American economy and, as I said, it may be too late to prevent World War III, together with America’s near-certain destruction. But there still is time to prepare for the recovery. In 20 years you will regret what you didn’t do here and now far more than what you did do.

It was William Wallace, as played by Mel Gibson in the movie Braveheart, who exhorted his ragtag Scottish army to rally and defeat numerically-superior British forces with the following: “Aye. Fight and you may die. Run and you will live – at least, a while. And, dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days, from this day to that, for one chance – just one chance – to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they will never take our freedom?”

I can’t advocate a violent revolution or I would be disbarred and put in jail. But, that’s exactly what the likes of William Wallace, Thomas Jefferson and George Washington would do today if they were still among us. I like to think that, if we were to bring them back to life today, tomorrow they would buy a road map, a red Cadillac convertible and a bazooka, then set out for Washington, DC.

What I advocate is being prepared and awakening others to what is coming. What’s coming? Not worldwide empire, American style. What’s coming is America’s comeuppance. I think it will go badly for the NWO crowd and, consequently, for America, too. But that will create an opportunity we don’t currently possess – an opportunity to start over.

New America

America worked once as a constitutional republic. It can work again.

Since you have read this far, it is a good bet that you are awake now, too. The struggle I have described now has become our struggle. We need you.

Again, do not despair at the task before us and the troubles we will encounter along the way. Don’t despair at your own talents. We all have something unique and valuable to offer. Do not try to be someone you are not. Do not try to be better than anybody else. Just try to be better than yourself. Become the person you know you are.

And keep your chin up, soldier. Success merely means getting up off the floor one time more than you get knocked down.

The best proof that we will prevail in the end is that we have done so, time and again, down through the centuries. It is encoded in our DNA, after all – the same DNA that animated Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Paine and others, including, of course, William Wallace. We’ve never lost before and we’re not going to lose this time, either, because we don’t know how to lose.

New America. An idea whose time has come.

    1. Leo Kling Says:

Taking a look at the picture of the “correctional” compound I noticed that most of the buildings are circular, same as the shape of a burner on a stove top. My question is: Do they also function as ovens?
