Apology and Clarification

Never let it be said that, when I screw up, I do not stand up and admit it.
No, this is not going to be an apology for my "In Defense of Homophobia http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/pcpi.htm " piece - on the contrary - but I am going to issue a very clear statement about it in order to dispel some of the misconceptions created by certain professional disruptors.
First, the apology, which I owe to all Christian Identity (CI) adherents of all shapes and sizes, regardless of belief structure, wherever they may be. In my article, "A Hitch in Our Git Along http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/hitch.htm ," I made the following statement:
"Christian Identity adherents and right-wing whack jobs condemn me for refusing to preach that blacks are the literal offspring of Satan and, most recently http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/pcpi.htm , for not demanding that all homosexuals be shot on sight, even the ones that can't be seen, oddly enough."
There is so much wrong with that statement that I scarcely know where to begin.
First and foremost, though I listed CI adherents and "right-wing whack jobs" separately, merely by joining them together in the same sentence, I imparted a negative connotation regarding my CI friends that I do not feel and did not intend. For that, I abjectly and miserably apologize. I am sorry. Just today, two of them emailed me about the impression left and, to their credit, they both did it in a very understanding and friendly way. Nobody asked for any clarifications, but I think I owe my CI friends an apology, nonetheless.
Mind you, I have received the condemnation from some CI types about my Homophobia piece that I mentioned, but certainly not from all and I frankly don't particularly blame those who did jump on me because they did so from the bottoms of their heartfelt belief system. I happen to have a different point of view. It's a different story in the case of the right-wing whack jobs (RWWJs) - more on them in a moment.
Secondly, there are a great many strains of CI, only some of which teach that Jews are the literal spawn of Satan, not blacks, as I said, and I actually knew the difference. I simply slipped a mental cog. Many (most?) CIs believe that blacks are beasts of the field, a phrase word-for-word from Jewish scripture in description of all of us gentiles (non-Jews), by the way (and quite mild by comparison with many other Jewish scriptural statements about us and, particularly, Jesus Christ). Many (not all) CIs believe that Jews are the literal offspring of a mating with Satan. I don't subscribe to either point of view, although I must admit that both descriptions often seem not far off the mark. Obviously, I am not a CI adherent.
I tolerate and accept literally all religions, even Judaism, except where they preach violence against others or the subjugation of other races (just as Judaism does about all of us gentiles and as some strains of CI do about virtually all non-white races).
Third, my phrase "for not demanding that all homosexuals be shot on sight" was an exaggeration and was unfair. Though I am given to exaggeration on occasion, I generally try to avoid it in these writings. I admit I was responding from pique. More on this in the clarification I promised, which will be last, but now on to those RWWJs, the source of my pique. This will take a bit, so please bear with me while I ensure that everybody is on the same page.
The one thing that everybody in "the Movement" has in common is a strong dislike for America's ruling junta. Most of us believe that a leftist coup took place starting with JFK's assassination (some think it started with Lincoln); a slow, rolling coup which only now is coming to full bloom. We see today's Republican "neoconservatives" as little more than yesterday's leftists in new bottles, with the result that both sides of the aisle in Congress now are indistinguishable (a direct result of more than 50% of all political contributions now originating with Jews, not to mention the scorched-earth campaign employed against any politician that dares question the Israeli party line).
Thus, we disliked Clinton and today dislike Bush the Second, both of whom we view as supreme control freaks and big-government advocates. Based on results, clearly we are correct. For this reason, we are (inaccurately) labeled anti-government. We are not anti-government. We are anti-tyrannical-and-out-of-control-government. There's a big difference, though many Americans pretend not to notice. A better description would be that we are pro-freedom. We proudly wear the label "patriots," though the cabal now astride America has dirtied that word with propaganda. That cabal quite accurately views us as political dissidents and is using every dirty trick in the book to diminish our ranks and dilute our effectiveness. Many of us are being tried under bogus charges and sent off to prison for lengthy terms. They are America's political prisoners of today and tomorrow's martyrs. Did I mention that I am a practicing attorney? I do not make this charge lightly.
Space precludes my explaining today why I lump the ADL and the FBI together, though I have written on this association before. They are, for all intents and purposes in today's America, one and the same.
The ADL/FBI sends out what I call "disruptors" to infiltrate the ranks of all organizations perceived to be anti-government. When the ADL/FBI people can, they arrest patriots on trumped-up charges and try mightily to force them to be their snitches inside certain organizations. As in jailhouse false tattled tales about others, given by prisoners to get reduced sentences, some people are pressured to help trump up cases against those whose real crime is disagreeing with the current American regime. I know what I am talking about here. I have defended these people and their organizations in court. That is precisely what happened to Randy Weaver, who was set up and arrested, yet refused to be the government's snitch. For that, his wife and his son paid the ultimate price. Again, space precludes a full discussion today of Ruby Ridge, but it is just a few miles up the road from where I live in Northern Idaho.
I have attained a higher profile of late, because of my forceful writing and speaking out and the increased attention paid me by the Patriot community. It is not something I seek. It simply has happened as a consequence of my attempting to make a difference in America, here in the latter part of my life. The difference with me, and the problem I present the government disruptors, is that I belong to no organizations, have no followers and seek no donations, thus am difficult to get close enough to in order to set up and entrap. Plus, I am a lawyer and therefore know where the boundary lines are. Notice that it doesn't matter that I do nothing illegal and am scrupulous in that regard. I have been waiting for the disruptors to lash out at me. I no longer have to wait.
Of a sudden, several things have happened.
You already know about the threat leveled against me by the JDL in connection with the Sacramento Zundel Revisionist Conference a little over a week ago - nobody else, not the organizers and none of the other speakers, received such a threat.
The local Spokane paper, which studiously has been ignoring me for several years, despite my handling several extremely high-profile cases, some of which got lavish and positive treatment by the main TV network news and prime-time magazine shows, suddenly popped a long front-page piece about me just a few days ago, which was libelous in its insinuations and carried the most grotesque photograph likely ever taken of me.
The death threats, merely sporadic since I defended the Aryan Nations, have picked up in earnest again, just in the past two weeks.
The porn spam and virus-laden spoof emails sent me, which already were at flood level, have assumed tidal wave proportions in the past three or so weeks.
Finally, this past week, a couple of known and/or suspected government Movement infiltrators and poseurs, disruptors in my parlance, began a concerted and irrational campaign to discredit me in the patriot community with an attack on what they claimed I meant with my Homophobia piece. I was pleased to see the community rally behind me and shut them down emphatically without my saying hardly anything. It pays to have friends. That brings me, at last, to the clarification I promised, which is about In Defense of Homophobia http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/pcpi.htm .
As I went to great lengths to explain in A Hitch in Our Git Along http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/hitch.htm , I write much more for middle America than I do for those in the Movement. That is why my Homophobia piece was pitched to those I perceive to be altogether too tolerant of the homosexual agenda, in an attempt to persuade them more toward the line taken by the Patriot community. That pitch was twisted by the disruptors I mentioned into my being supportive of homosexuals in general and of the modern homosexual agenda, in particular. Some of those who either didn't read my homophobia piece or afforded it only a glancing review were persuaded to add their voices to the hue and cry before the hounds brought the whole charade to ground. My pique, mentioned above, derived from those disruptors being given sway by some in the Movement.
Here is a basic summary of the position I staked out in In Defense of Homophobia http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/pcpi.htm , stripped of the spin I applied for middle America, and which I will continue to stand by until I am convinced by logic to change my position:
1. Pedophilia by anybody is among the vilest of crimes and should be punished by the death penalty for even the first offense. Pederastery (strictly male homosexual molestation of juvenile boys) is a subset of pedophilia - kill the offenders twice, if you consider this worse.
2. Homosexual adoption of children is a travesty and should be outlawed.
3. Homosexual marriage is an abomination and should be outlawed.
4. Homosexuals who insinuate themselves into positions near children (priests, teachers, scoutmasters, etc.) should be prosecuted when discovered, even though they may never have touched a single child.
5. I personally will kill any homosexual (indeed, anybody) that molests any child of mine or gives AIDS to any member of my family.
6. I find offensive another's discussion of their own sexuality, regardless of orientation.
7. Homosexuality is most prevalent for males and most often is the result of a brain defect which occurred during fetal development.
8. Those who complain the loudest about homosexuality should take a serious look at their own latent homosexual tendencies.
9. Regardless of the source of homosexuality, whether by nature (brain defect) or nurture (being led into it by another), homosexuality is a totally unacceptable lifestyle, to be shunned and pushed deep into the closet, else our children be given the wrong message concerning it. "Don't ask, don't tell" is a necessary and unavoidable approach to homosexuality in the reality of today's world.
10. The portrayal of homosexuals in today's American media is particularly vile and disgusting.
11. "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert," is a great movie despite its subject matter, not because of it.
12. Homosexuals are one of many disparate special-interest groups used by Jews to form the false majority through which they now control America absolutely. Our focus should be on the Jewish problem, not the homosexual symptom.
Did you read my original essay? I think you will agree that, as a simple punch list, its message looks somehow different. Compare this list to the essay - they are the same.
That, gentle reader, is the difference inculcated by salesmanship, which is the whole point of persuasive writing. I was a little too persuasive for my own good in this case, insofar as some Movement people were concerned. Even so, it wouldn't have mattered, but for the intervention of a couple of government disruptors posing as members of the Movement.
Regrettably, with this piece, I now undo much of the progress I made on the issue with the middle American members of this list.
Sigh.
