As that day approaches [1], here are some ugly facts about Israel which highlight the true nature of the Jewish people:
1. The Jews planned to create Israel by using violence, not diplomacy.
2. Hundreds of Palestinian villages have been completely flattened by the Jews.
3. Most of the wars in the Middle East were started by Israel.
4. Israel has invaded Lebanon on three different occasions.
5. Israel frequently bombs its neighbors, e.g., Syria in 2007.
6. Israel isn’t a democracy, though it calls itself one.
7. Israel constantly violates the Geneva Conventions, which it ratified in 1951.

This is a remarkably balanced article, considering it comes from MSNBC. I read many of the comments on the original site. Sadly, too many people are woefully uninformed about the truth about Israel and the Palestinians. Here are a few questions for average Israel-firsters, in case any of them ever come to VNN:
Do you really believe Israel will ever allow a Palestinian state? A sovereign nation that makes its own treaties, has its own foreign policy, and has its own military?
Why do you suppose Israel doesn’t simply annex Gaza and the West Bank, and turn all those Palestinians into Israelis? You know, like every other country in the world would be expected to do if it conquered new territory? I know why, but I would like to see what you have to say.
So my final question is: What do you really think Israel sees as a permanent solution?

Well, according to Theodor Herzl speaking at the first Zionist conference in Basle 1897, the borders of yidsrael will extend from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers. I guess that is their idea of a ‘permanent solution’, however, we have other ideas.

Guests, has-beens, Tony Blair and Mikhail Gorbachev: How appropriate. Anyone with any brains saw Blair for what he was: A suit and a smile. Gorbachev managed to preside over the loss of the Soviet empire starting with East Germany and now, I believe, he still enjoys an office, probably free to him, at Fort Mason in San Francisco.
Considering the ramp-up to war against Iran, I’d say that Bush is about to join that elite club and will be remembered for facilitating what will be identified as World War III and not only the end of Israel but the end of the last vestiges of the relatively affluent and honorable post WW II America that I once knew.
Read Special Tasks… by Sutoplatov, and then pass it around. We haven’t even begun to see how bad things can get.

You are completely missing the point. Every crime committed by the Israelis is done with the blessing of the US. You could practically replace “Israel” with “US” in each of the listed charges, and not be too far from the truth.
Americans slavishly support Israel at great cost. Perhaps they wouldn’t if they only knew the truth. It sounds like you do know the truth and support Israel anyway; if so, that’s fine for you. But I doubt too many others would agree with you.
