Doctor: “First, we’ll cut your dick and balls off. Then, we’ll make a ‘vagina’ where your dick and balls were. Lastly, we’ll give you female hormones and you’ll grow little titties.”
Confused Soldier: “Oh, how wonderful! Will I finally be a beautiful woman then?”
Doctor: “No. You’ll be a man without a dick. But the procedure won’t cost you a dime — the taxpayers will fund all of it, to the tune of around $200,000.”
Confused Soldier: “Oh, how fabulous! Let the cutting begin!”
