During and after the U.S. Civil War, “carpet-baggers” (most of whom were Jews) flooded into the South, buying up real estate from desperate people for pennies on the dollar [1].
Today, during the Covid-19 hysteria, carpet-baggers (most of whom will be Jews) will be buying up bankrupted properties from desperate people for pennies on the dollar.
The difference between the two groups above? The latter have smartphones and they can “seal the deal” within minutes.

[1] In December 1862, U.S. Army General Ulysses S. Grant issued General Order No. 11, expelling greedy Jews from Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.
