Seen on the TV: several documentaries about Hitler that, of course, told the P.C., “court historian” version of WWII.
Newbies, the August 1941 Atlantic Charter pledged to spread and support democratic values. That must be why the “allies” gave communist thug Joe Stalin half of Europe to rape and murder! How’s that for democracy? Here’s the key text of the Charter: “Sixth, after the final destruction of the Nazi tyranny…” This is America and Britain basically saying “after we destroy Germany,” and it was written 4 months before Hitler declared war on America in December 1941; consider also the American attack on a German radio station in Greenland in Sept. 1941 [1], and a few other hostile American actions. Most normal people would conclude that threatening to “destroy” Germany was a de facto declaration of war, and Hitler certainly concluded that.

[1] the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Northland attacked the radio station on Sept. 14, 1941, burned it, and arrested the crew (as if we had the legal authority in Greenland to arrest German soldiers and burn German equipment)

The Federals were supplying Britain with billions of dollars of war appliances as early as 1939—waging war by proxy.

fd, that isn’t quite true, Lend-Lease wasn’t in operation in the early days of WWII. Britain had to pay all supplies, both weaponry and food, with hard cash. When the supply of readies ran out British owned companies in the US were sold off at fire sale prices, as were the railroads and other enterprises in Argentina. But that wasn’t enough for FDR and his rapacious jews, the gold reserves of South Africa were transferred to the US for ‘safe keeping’, and as a sweetener the British Virgin Islands were leased to US in exchange for 20 clapped out 1917 vintage naval ships.
When WWjew ended Britain was totally bankrupt and was barely able to feed its population. Rationing of food and clothing was more severe in the period 1946-1951 than during the war.
In about 2000 Britain finally paid off, with interest of course!, its war debts to American creditors.

My information was a paraphrase from a modern military periodical. The officer may have overstated the facts, but I am sure Roosevelt was transferring some resources to Churchill’s war, probably alcoholic beverages for Mister C. :)

Britain was so bankrupt at the end of the war, it was to weak to take part in Operation Plunder. The Federals and Russia divided Germany leaving scraps to the French.
The Federals got the lion share of Nazi rocket scientist. They were promptly transferred to America and placed in compounds. As the German scientists died off, NASA collapsed into a multiracial taxi service to somewhere in space and back again.
