The government (i.e., H.U.D. and other agencies) will decide who lives next door to you. In fact, H.U.D. has been doing that for many years [1].

The Blacks and Mexicans even get subsidized rent (the government pays part of the rent). This does two things at once: it ruins the White neighborhoods and it gives the Blacks and Mexicans more pocket money to spend on drugs and liquor

HUD pays typically $1000 per month, and as much as $2200 per month or even more.
The same 2-bedroom unit that a White couple would have to pay $1500 to rent will go to HUD tenant for $300 or less.
HUD units are required by law to be modern and in good condition, and they are inspected regularly. Landlords pay heavy fines if violations are found.
The tenant portion in a HUD agreement is one-third of their gross monthly income; however, since the tenant is usually a female single-earner, who only works part-time, and is rarely paid more than $12 per hour, their portion of the rent seldom exceeds $400.
Many HUD tenants are actually wealthier than typical middle-class Whites, since the government will assist with free healthcare, extra heat in the winter, a/c in the summer, daycare services, while treating cable, cell & wi-fi as necessary expenses.
Only Whites need to budget or lower their thermostat.
HUD chooses its beneficiaries seemingly at random. Many low-earners are rejected for reasons unknown. They often end up homeless since they can’t match the rent level that the government is willing to pay.
This government fixing of the price of rent hurts everyone in our society. Even the lucky ones who get free housing are only learning to be helpless dependents of a benefit system on the brink of collapse.
The core problem may be that the whole situation is just happening so fast. People just can’t get organized to take these policies down. A Tea Party member actually got angry at me stating that nothing I say about Section 8 could possibly be true, and the poor actually do exist in the US. To support her argument, she stated that her friend taught in DC for two years, and in that time, two students at her school were killed. I asked if the problem in that case was poverty or just plain violence? In vain, I struggled to get her to analyze exactly how these supposed poor are deprived. Do they have less food? Less clothing? Less anything? She has been brainwashed to the point where she can’t disconnect the two unique concepts: poverty and crime.
Another dimension of the gov folly is that no one really supervises these arrangements. Say the HUD tenants were to sublet to middle-class Whites. How would the gov deal with that situation?

About 10 years ago, I had one of these subsidized negress welfare queens moved into a two-story house right next door to mine. She had no visible adult male in the house, just herself and 2 or 3 little she negress girls. The house was in need of quite a bit of external repair and had been on the market, for sale, for a couple of years and had evidently had no offers. The owners who moved out were barely able to afford the monthly mortgage payment and apparently had no extra money to spend on the upkeep of the house. So, what I suspect happened – was that either the owners or the mortgage company got desperate and offered the house to HUD, who then turned it into a minority seed house in a predominantly White neighborhood.
This worthless negro woman used to drag her kitchen table and chairs out into the front yard and leave them there for days on end – which reminded me of how negroes used to behave down South in the days of segregation, pre-1970s. I mean, buying yourself a regular picnic table and using it to have an occasional meal outdoors was too ‘White’ for the tastes of these refined welfare queens. Also, I remember when we had a wind storm in my neighborhood and the wind tore loose a section of rain gutter from the top roof of this house – and this HUD tenant did absolutely nothing to get the gutter reattached properly to the eave of the roof. A 10 or 12 foot section of gutter was swinging loose, and every time a good wind was blowing, this section of gutter would bang against the side of her house, making all kinds of noise.
This negro welfare queen never seemed to be the least bit concerned or bothered by the noise. Probably just turned up the volume on her TV set and ignored it.
She finally left and went somewhere else after about 2 years.

Mary O, that was an excellent post, much more than just complaining, as it high lights the situation of US being so bum rushed since FDR’s treasonous set up on Dec. 7, 1941 where America First and the Silver League with over 30 million supporters and 90% of US in Oct 1941 were fully against any war for UNCLE JOE as FDR CALLED HIM. So we have not had any calm period to organize against the enemy and the media has worked so feveriously to all keep us distracted for sure.

Back when the main stream media at least made an attempt at real news, probably about mid 70’s, sixty minutes did a segment on HUD focusing primarily on urban housing, it described the federal government as being the biggest slum lord in the world. HUD is a black hole that can’t be filled, I say give them the apartment and cut them loose, no more subsidies, no nothing.

In all fairness, there are stupid, sloppy White homeowners, too. I should know, There are 3 or 4 of them in this otherwise well-kept residential neighborhood. You know the types….they never mow their lawns, they have an old Firebird up on cinder blocks in the front yard, loud late-night parties every weekend, half a dozen dogs that do nothing but bark all day long, discarded toys all over the place……even the coloreds have complained about them!
As far as economically integrating wealthy neighborhoods goes I say GOOD, let those rich a-holes get a dose of “equality” and “democracy”. The rich are no friends of the White middle and working-class man, they are no friends of the White racial struggle.

There was a race war at my high school in Texas. The Negroes were well nigh annihilated. We didn’t send our mommies in the street to fight for us.
The White mothers and fathers of the 1960s South fought like warriors to maintain all White schools, including hanging Negroes. The cops didn’t crack anybody on the head because the cops were in the Klan. If the people of Boston had sent their fighters to Mississippi and Alabama to help out, they may have avoided integration. But then again Boston has a long history of Negrophilia with their magnificent Negro armies.

Boston is a bit of a paradox. It is one of the most liberal cities in the country yet it is also one of the most racially segregated. Funny how the liberals claim to love the coloreds so much yet they don’t want the coloreds living in their neighborhoods or going to school with their kids.

True, Tim McGreen. Boston plays both ends against the middle.
The Boston Southies (Irish) were treated as 2d class citizens for more than a century. The Anglos probably still live apart from them. The Irish and Italians were also kept apart from the Anglos in New York. The Anglos and Celtics in the South never illustrated division/animosity.
