“Two of the three Judges, Carlos Bea and Richard Paez are Hispanic.” How interesting. Why was such a panel chosen to rule on an immigration law that would impact “Latino” immigrants the most?

He “tries”? Not very hard, if he means that of office.
Or does “my oath” refer to the one of his masonic order- which, of course, has his preference?
