Sadly, some Whites are sexual criminals and do inflict harm on others. But they are relatively rare compared to the number of sex-criminals who are non-White, both in terms of actual numbers and as a percentage of their respective populations. It seems there is a part of the brain that regulates sexual behavior and emotional restraint. In Whites that part of the brain is usually fully developed, but in the lower races it is often stunted, malformed or totally missing.
One thing I’ve noticed about White sex criminals: Their victims are almost always White. But non-White sex criminals will often assault people from different races, especially Whites. Why is that?

The ability to focus is the highest value in Chinese society. A Western visitor to China will be amazed at their perfect eye contact and the stillness of hand movement. During the Martin Lutha Koon incited riots of the 60’s there where countless rapes reported in the papers. A lot of gang rapes comitted by lawless niggers on white women.
