Erich Gliebe’s hijacking and destruction of the Alliance was well documented at the time here on the VNN forum as it happened, but I’m unable to access the archive, being banned from the forum and all. I did find this thread by GOOGLING vnn & EG: http://www.vnnforum.com/archive/index.php/t-63.html

That’s from late 2003 when Gliebe was all tied up with Hal Turner and Jesus only knows who else, having run off the Alliance’s board of directors and the dedicated National Office staff that Dr. Pierce had so carefully built over the years. Note the ‘jabpage’ link in LindaLou’s comment at the bottom. Jerry Abbott, a frequent VNN contributor and Dr. Pierce’s editor when he died, already had Gliebe pegged by then in his ‘The Decline of the NA’ essay. It’s an informative read and puts things from that period half-way in context, if it’s still there.

BTW, Sanders Pierce told me months before his interview with Turner that he got up and read VNN online at 6:00am every morning as part of his daily routine. He was aware of what was going on, but is too much of a gentleman to get caught up in such seedy controversy. It was easier for him to do nothing — as a figurehead, bless his heart — but play dumb and give the impression that his brother’s life work was in responsible hands with Gliebe. Another good man did nothing.

Incidentally, speaking of effectivenesness, Giles has done more to “get to the truth of the matter,” and actually SOLVE Steele’s problems, than all other self-described “White Nationalists” put together.

It is true that Dr. Pearce never formulated an “end game” scenario, but after all, there are many variables present in our Struggle against the jewish power structure, and we must always remain flexible enough sort out our options as future circumstances present themselves. Oh I suppose I should explain my attack against Kevin db Maguire. I realize it may have seemed as though I were outing a former member. Not the case. Start by being a better man – height/weight, for example – get out of debt, be a leader in your Family, your EXTENDED Family, and your Community, following the ideas defined by “Hugh” on VNN/F.
