Sarasota White teen shot over Confederate apparel, police say

A Sarasota Military Academy student has been arrested in the shooting of another teenager in downtown Sarasota Friday night.
Police say Michael J. Mitchell, 18, shot Dan. A. Azeff, 18, in the chest at about 10:40 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of Main Street. Azeff, a student at Sarasota High School, was flown to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
According to police:
Mitchell and Azeff were walking down Main Street last night, both with separate groups of friends. The two did not know each other. Azeff was wearing a hat with a Confederate flag on it and carrying a Confederate flag. Mitchell confronted Azeff, reportedly asking him if he was a racist. The two got into an argument and Mitchell pulled out a gun and shot Azeff once in the chest.
Mitchell, of the 5300 block of Southerly Way, was arrested at his house early todayon a charge of aggravated battery with a firearm.

They are going to charge him with aggravated battery with a firearm folks! Aggravated battery!
Everyone should be outraged with this. After talking to a friend that has a CCW, this thug is due 20 YEARS in prison according to Florida’s 10-20-Life law. Just carrying a firearm concealed without a CCWP in Florida is a class 3 felony and a mandatory 3 years in jail. I could careless what they charge him with as long as he gets 20 years in prison for his crime. Use a gun in a crime, 10 years. Fire the weapon, 20 years. Kill someone, Life in prison….minimum.
Why is this law not being applied to this guy? Why does he get a special pass?

The jews in control of the courts and the country want Whites dead, period.
They love it when Leroy kills a White. The hive goes into action mode: not least, the psychiatrists, psychologists, and other shrinks associated with the local legal system rush to exonerate Leroy. A behind-scenes, whispering network of jew psychologists and jew judges exists; I’ve seen it, especially in Jacksonville Florida (haven’t visited Sarasota in a while).

“Doctor” Kovacks is emblematic of the intellectual cowardice that permeates Academe today. He needs to be yanked out of his ivory tower and sent to a Siberian labor camp, where, for the first time in his wretched life, he will either perform useful labor or starve.

Not only did Kovacs not address the proper argument, but we already know that supposed “eye-witnesses” have lied, such as with Demjanjuk’s case.
