It is available for download, but the download is at 96kps; 24 is just fine, and makes life a lot easier for those of us who use dial-up.
Incidentally, GoyFire 55 went out at 168 kps; again, 24 works just fine there, as well.
Just listening to it now – I am so very grateful that The Master has returned to the air!
