The fact that neo-conservatives are anti-Communist is small comfort because it only signifies the abandonment of an idea after it shifted and adopted the accoutrements of nationalist fervor, if not for any other reason but to get a few ethnic Russians (Gentiles) on board what would eventually be a sinking ship.

    I tried a year ago to bring to market a device that allows to reduce fuel consumption by up to 30% in _any_ gasoline or diesel-powered engine. Tested and tried personally, great technology.

    I figured California would be a good test market.

    It is illegal in CA to install, advertise, sell, etc. a device that may affect the fuel delivery and exhaust system of a vehicle. So one needs to go through red-tape to get an “exception”

    After months-long of trying to figure what they wanted, responding to inane requests, I pretty much gave up.

It was funny to see cable news making a big point out of the ovation Bush got from the troops in Iraq, on his sneak visit to a distant air base (he doesn’t dare show up to Baghdad), as if this were unusual. MSNBC was agog, for example, that when Bush asked a Marine how morale was, the kid answered, Great! Do privates tell a general what he doesn’t want to hear, let alone the president? If the kid had said Awful, he could have been sent to the equivalent of the Eastern Front.

    As South Carolina’s Hispanic population has grown, wages for all workers have dropped, a USC study released Thursday found. While study authors were careful not to pin all the blame on immigrants, their findings were similar to other research done elsewhere, including Harvard University. S.C. median annual wages, adjusted for inflation, dropped 3.1 percent to $28,039 between 2000 and 2005 when the state experienced rapid growth in its Hispanic population. Pay in construction, the dominant field for Hispanics, slipped 5 percent for all S.C. workers during what was a record housing boom. Hispanic construction wages fell by more than twice that. “When an industry is booming like this, you expect to see wages increase, not decline like this,” said Doug Woodward, a research economist at the USC Moore School of Business.

One has to say the study’s Doug Woodward gets the point too:

    “What we’re doing here in South Carolina is importing cheap labor to our economy,” Woodward said.

I can author a long-winded diatribe as to how much I loathe, detest, revile, and inveigh that nitwitted, distasteful, and horrid “White Pride” music duo, Prussian Blue! I have four-letters words on the tip of my tongue at the moment and so I will save my reputation and state a quick and concise fulmination against this “phenomenon”.

1. Their music stinks. Only Western music a la folk music and the Masters is White Man’s music: period. Their voices are scratchy, puny, and miserable a la pop singers.

2. The subjects of their “songs” are hackneyed, sycophantic, and asinine.

3. Who would call a daughter “Lynx”? The lynx is a predatory feline, and any woman, in civilized society, named after a carnivorous pussy (pun intended) brings to mind a nyphomaniac. The situation is worsened by her twin sister being named “Lamb”. The antipodes of Lamb and Lynx sound to my ears as if one is Good, the other is Bad; one is Day, the other is Night; one is an Angel, the other a is Whore.

If I had Dante’s literary abilities I would create a place in Hell just for these promulgators of “White Music”.
