All banking is fractional reserve banking, always was, always has been, and always will be.
There are problems with the FED, like transparency, oversight, Congressional charter violations and the impact of the overthrow of the Glass Steagall Act which has torn down the fire wall between commercial banking and securities dealing.
I wonder how many VNNers took that upper division elective called Money & Banking in college. That would be a good place to start.
AT the end of the day however, the blame lies with despotic politicians who are unfortunately immoral whites gorging themselves at the Jew trough of mammon.
Until the liberal bloodletting of these traitors, don’t bank on anything changing soon……..
An okay explanation but for the majority without much of an attention span it will not be effective evangelism. A good, printable booklet that has been effective for many years is here. Keep it simple.

Gee, why didn’t I think of that?
If VNNers would just take an elective course in the local jew-controlled college, I’m sure that’d help them understand how the Federal Reserve is sabotaging our economy and turning our citizens into debt slaves!
What a marvelous idea Olde Dipshit….I mean Olde Dutch!
“Money and Banking, Cal State Long Beach, Summer Session 1969, taught by (late) Professor (Emeritus) Gene Morris.”
I can’t think of a case of non-fractional reserve banking systm during the entire era of recorded history. Well, maybe in darkest Africa or the jungles of South America. :)
I know out in the former California, some profs’ claim that money originated as prayer tokens in Asian temples. :)))) LOL
Most of what you are buying are jack leg preachers trying to sell you either metals, or their mutual funds.
Regarding his fateful decision to sign the Federal Reserve Act into law, President Woodrow Wilson said “I have unwittingly ruined my country”. What was HE trying to sell, huh?
