Some of these ideas and media addresses may be useful for an anti-Zionist counter-attack.

Subject: How the Zionists are campaigning
Dear Colleague,
I have forwarded this to you to give an idea of how UCFI are lobbying on behalf of Israel and observe the slogans being used. The list of contact email addresses is useful and I encourage you to email these periodicals with your perspective. You should be able to cut and paste the email addresses of the news agencies into your ‘to’ or ‘cc’ or ‘bcc’ boxes when you email.
Yours for peace with justice
Stephen

Unity Coalition for Israel – July 18, 2006We encourage everyone to organize and/or participate in Solidarity With Israel Rallies. Rallies are an important tool to help educate both the media and the public.
How to Organize or Maximize the Effect of a Rally
Call the media to cover the rally, in an effort to bring awareness to the key issues involved. Work to get pro-Israel government reps and community leaders to speak. If that’s not doable, it’s also okay to just do a simple street corner demo, with no speakers, just placards, but do try to have at least 10 participants.
Prepare at least 3 people to speak to the media, each with a different soundbyte (see talking points below). These people should not wait to be approached by the reporter, but should approach the reporters on their own, as soon as they see them.
Particularly if the media do not show up for your rally, arrange for someone going to the rally to bring a digital camera . Take photos of people holding pro-Israel signs. Tell them you want to send the photo to their local paper. Ask for their name, town, phone number (so newspaper can verify the photo caption) and the local newspaper’s name. That same day, put a caption on the photo, send it to the person’s local newspaper and urge that the photo be published.
PLACARD MESSAGES
Placard messages of all sizes are available to download at www.standwithus.com (click on Signs )

Question:
I have read with interest a number of Rev Sizer’s books and am interested to know if there is any formal or informal relationship between him and Vanguard.

Hello there all. I am a member of Stephen’s congregation at Christ Church Virginia Water. I cannot in any way believe that Stephen would be involved in anti-Semitic activity. Stephen is a wonderful leader and fearless man of God. I await clarification as to what the above actually means.
22 September, 2008 at 12:21 pm
Paul.
Here’s your clarification. I’m the guy who posted the question.
Inasmuch as it appears that Stephen posted the “How the Zionists are campaigning” item above, and that this site is about as anti-Semitic as they come – “No Jews. Just right” – I thought it was reasonable to ask if there was any link – formal or informal – between Stephen and Vanguard.
The Vanguard webmaster declines to answer my question while Stephen assures me that he has no links with Vanguard and that he totally repudiates racism in all forms. I have been trying to persuade him to post such a statement of repudiation on this page and to demand that Vanguard remove the posting. By so doing, Stephen would send out a message to every anti-semite who admires his writings (and there are quite a few) that he is not one of them. Do you think I am being unreasonable, Paul? Let me know.

Dear Vanguard,
I wish to confirm, as requested above, that I have never had any personal contact with Vanguard, have never sent them any emails and totally disassociate myself from their website, views and activities. I repudiate unequivocally, anti-semitism and all forms of racism.
The email cited above, was sent to people who had requested updates on the Middle East. This particular email encourages responsible citizens to express their democratic rights and lobby politicians. You will note that I do not recommend any particular viewpoint. My email was simply enabling recipients to express their opinions.
I ask Vanguard to remove the email from me as the impression given is that I sent it and/or that I endorse their views. Neither is true.

Well said Stephen!
