Attorney Bill Thomas says a member of the defense team interviewed the other dancer who performed that night and she “has stated point blank she does not believe this allegation.”

Maybe the people whose DNA was imposed upon by the authorities will have the balls to launch a class action suit against the city and all those PC pigs involved. Their goal should be to bankrupt the town, school and everyone else involved.

The other dancer has amended her story somewhat if she told the defense lawer that she did not beleive the black dances. She was inerviewed by a local TV station last night. . She now believes the allegation that the black dancer made. Teo indictments werre handed down by the grand jury today but as of yet the local news people eihter do not know the name or just are not publishing them. The indictments were sealed. Ther is also a local news story that the police set up a “sting” usin g the e-mail address of one the players.
